Rewind another day

Its that time again 00. Some mad scientist has come up with a crackpot scheme to connect all of the computers around the world. 

I have outfitted you with the latest gadget, a gun concealed in a Walkman. Only problem is I spent 95% of the budget on it so I can only give you one bullet. Luckily you can  press the rewind button to bring the bullet back to you. It has some other bells and whistles as well.
